This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made through the Divv platform. Because Divv is an AI-powered service that incurs significant computational costs when processing requests, our general policy is that all fees are non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Simply navigate to your account dashboard, select "Subscription," and follow the cancellation prompts.
When you cancel your subscription:
(a) Cancellation stops the next scheduled automatic renewal;
(b) You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period;
(c) Your usage allocation remains available until the end of the billing period;
(d) No further charges will be made to your payment method after the current period ends.
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after cancellation. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
All Sales Are Final. Due to the nature of our AI-powered service, which incurs real-time computational costs each time the AI agents are engaged, our standard policy is that all fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for:
(a) Change of mind or decision not to use the Service;
(b) Failure to use the Service during a billing period;
(c) Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs;
(d) Business circumstances or budget changes.
