Business Use Only. The Service is designed for business and professional use (B2B). By using the Service, you represent that you are acting in a professional or business capacity and not as a consumer.

Divv is an AI-powered platform that utilizes chat-based agents to simulate human personas and generate business, product, and marketing insights. The Service enables customers to test product concepts, advertisement content, and marketing strategies by simulating how target audiences might respond.

2.1 Nature of AI-Generated Output

The Service generates simulated feedback and insights using artificial intelligence technologies. You acknowledge and agree that:

(a) AI outputs are probabilistic simulations and do not constitute actual human feedback, market research, or professional advice;

(b) Outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, biases, or material that may not be suitable for your intended purpose;

(c) You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of any output before relying on it for business decisions;

(d) The Service does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

2.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service with reasonable notice, except in cases of emergency maintenance or security concerns.
